*S&P Ratings assigned an "AA-/A-1+" dual rating to Springfield, Ill.-based Hospital Sisters Health System's series 2017B bonds. "The 'AA-' rating continues to reflect our view of HSHS leadership's successful implementation of a strategic plan, which has helped improve the system's operations while maintaining its strong balance sheet," said S&P analyst Brian Williamson. The outlook is stable, reflecting S&P's opinion that HSHS' senior management will be able to achieve its goal of a 2 percent operating margin. The agency also affirmed the following ratings on HSHS' bonds, including:
